The person completing this form must be an authorised officer (for example, the Person with Management or Control or the Nominated Supervisor, as recorded in NQAITS). The approved provider (for example, the Primary Contact or Person with Management or Control as recorded in the provider record in NQAITS) must endorse the application. This may be the same person as the authorised officer.
You should refer to the Business Capability Development Program guidelines while completing this application.
Small providers (NSW approved providers between 1 and 6 early childhood education and care services) may apply for the program for multiple services if they meet all eligibility criteria. A separate application and self-assessment must be submitted for each service.
All sections of the form must be completed and the online application submitted to be considered for the program.
